“Do not buy these trainers unless you live in the desert!”

Bought these for my son for school and although they are comfy, look good and good fit, they are not waterproof at all. I'm not talking about heavy rainfall, but even the lightest of showers, playing in the park, general walking leaves feet and shoes soaking wet. They are ridiculous, whatever Clarks were thinking of. “Unfair charges”

I was charged £12 for late payment as I was in hospital and couldn't get to a laptop to make. “They took all my money from my account!”

I received a message from my bank today saying that £896 was taken from my account which left me with absolutely nothing except the money in my purse! On phoning my bank I saw that it was Littlewoods who had taken this. I was shocked because A) I do not have a direct debit set up with them. I pay them religiously every month online. Littlewoods is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took them 4 months to resolve an issue that was their fault and that was impacting on my credit rating. It caused me a lot of stress to say the least, and they couldn't have cared less! Their customer service is appalling, as is how they treat their customers in general. “If I really hated someone I would recommend these bunch! ”

How are these 'people' still in business? Welch on offer deals, try and bamboozle with misleading buy now pay later and cash back deals and destroy any remaining shred of confidence with an African call centre that couldn't care a less about anyone. Impossible to contact complaints directly.... I wonder why? I cannot believe how unprofessional Littlewoods are. They are very quick to take money out of your bank account but they will not give you a call back when they say they will, they do not want to deal with any complaints too. “Appalling Company (have closed Account after 24 years)”

Customer Service is non-existent – it’s virtually impossible to contact them, you can’t find an email address anywhere on their Website and they don’t respond to messages sent through their website, and you’d need to be Sherlock Holmes to get a phone number. “Insurance not worth the paper its printed on”

I was a customer of kandco for many years with no problems whatsoever. Littlewoods took over and I'm disgusted with the extremely poor quality of the items they sell along with the outrageous customer service they provide. “Ripped matress”

Had a bed and new mattress delivered..after the delivery men left I discovered a massive rip in the mattress and all the boxes containing the bed parts are ripped and bumped. This is ridiculous! “Agents in call centre not in UK & do not understand UK law”
