I have now been with Wiserhosting. They are fantastic in their approach, the tel help line is brilliant. Never had any problem with any of my websites. I recommend them to my family, friend and clients :)

I have been using wiserhosting.com for about 2 years and haven't had any major problems with them. The ping on the server is always low. Never had an issue with download speeds from there server. The times when the servers have been taken down for a short periods of maintenance I have been informed well in advance (at the time of writing this the server has been up for 165 days). The one time I had to use the customer service for a query I was responded to in a decent amount of time and the instructions they sent resolved my problem and were easy to follow.

I've been using them for almost a year, and have several (own & customer) sites up and running on their servers, to name but a few:

All initial set-up done by WiserHosting and/or by myself using the control panel they provide was quick and easy.

I've used their control panel to set up forums, blogs and shopping carts etc at the click of a button - very cool, and very fast to develop these key features, and they seem to be improving and adding to this all the time.

The only thing that would drive me away from WiserHosting is that some other companies are offering less-restrictive Mb & bandwidth, for not much more money, so if you're looking to host many websites or need a LOT of web space, you may need to look elsewhere to get a better deal. But for an individual or a few sites, WiserHosting has everything you need at the right price.

I've shopped around for good quality UK hosting over the past couple of years and I can say for certain that Wiser Hosting are really hard to beat. And that is comparing them with the big guys. They don't seem to advertise anywhere other than on Google as far as I can see. They have a human friendly approach/ethos and were really very helpful, which, if you've been trying different hosting companies as I have, you'll know is hard to find. I used their 30-day money back guarantee to test all the features on their WiserWeb BIZ package. I am still hosting with them now ;-) I highly recommend them.
