Serta Heron Artistic Collection

I used to wake up every morning with back pain but that has not happened since I goit this matress.

I purchased the Serta Heron mattress and it was great for the first few months but slumps and I tend to get lower back pain. My wife feels the same way as well. I'm going to contact the manufacturer but I'm not sure if they'll honor the warranty since it regains it shape after a while. The problem has to do with the pillow top. It's too thick.
