I have been to the Malibu Park hotel twice before and the previous exepriances where satisfactory. However on this occaision i was disgusted and wanted to return home with my family. Arrogant and intimidating staff, ants, roaches no security i.e. lockable doors on patios i had to ask a bulider to cut 2 pieces of wood to lock patio doors, safes broken and one of the entrance doors had to be screwed shut with MDF after numerous complaints, six burgalries in first two days. Sockets not working tv not working do not go there i am waiting for rseponse from Thomas cook about my complaints my holiday cost £2grand for a fortnight lots of other people complaining whilst we where there.

The Malibu Park in Plays de las Americas is a nice place, Friendly staff. Lovely accommodation. Took over 5 hours for someone to come & fix our safe with all our money and passports in!

If you stay at these Malibu Park apartments, you must visit 44 oxford street. It's just below Malibu across from the Aqua Park car park. They do a mean breakfast and a fab dinner especially the Sunday roast! It's only €6!!!! Also make Loro Park a must! Much better than the over priced Aqua Park.

Would never stay here again! We had no bed linen, no TV, no pillows and no kitchen light for 3 days had to sleep on a broken bed for 8 days and the pool closed 2 days in first week as the filters were broken. Do not stay here, if you are booked to go my advice is to get your accommodation changed immediately.
