I purchased a trolley about 10 months ago, after 2 weeks one of the clutches failed.Four weeks later the facia panel broke.I am finding it very difficult to locate spares.I would not recommend a bentley trolley to anyone.Even the bag that came with it is not suitable.Should have bought Powerkaddy

very disappointed in my purchase of a bentley golf bag and trolley. trolley is very poor, it bounces along the fairways clubs rattle like hell in the bag, also trolley keeps pulling to the left when in motion. the bag is of poor design the putter holder should be more to the front of the bag it is to far at the side of the bag. should of bought a power kaddy like i was going to.

There is an adjustment on the side of the wheel which pulls the trolley left or right.
A powakaddy and bag will cost more than twice as much as the bentley so cannot compare like for like.

at £200 a go i'd expect GOOD quality, the frame control panel etc are the same a lot of others, just the name has been changed.. see my comments, mines lasted 13 months total rubbish

After owning trolley for 1 year the 36 hole battery only lasts for 10 holes before running out very disappointing. Good enough trolley but battery very poor.
Written on: 20/07/2011
I have spoken to company who stated that there would some wear and tear and they would not expect the battery to work to its full potential the battery lasts only 4 holes now

When new a battery will do 36 holes and overtime will decrease in performance. This is the nature of budget batteries. We do offer a warranty on them however for 1 year. Bentley trolley's in 2012 will be offered with a Lithium battery, but...the price will be substantially more.

all rechargeable batteries have a certain lifetime as most people know.. but I don't remember the sales pitch saying you were selling a BUDGET battery..a years warranty is meaningless as most golfers who buy this product probably play perhaps 20-30 games a year, even a BUDGET battery should last more than a year

I've had my 2010 remote controlled Bentley golf trolley since Christmas 2010. Been using it more frequently recently and find it very responsive to the remote. That extra help makes playing a lot more pleasurable and this is one of the cheapest electric tolleys I've seen. No problems as yet!

Bought the Bentley 200W Silver 2010 Golf trolley about a month ago June 2010. Looks smart but it is let down by annoying faults. I had to lubricate all moving parts with WD40 due to is squealing around the course (first day) Now quiet as a mouse! If you use it in the rain be warned, it has a mind of its own.I purchased the T bar version with the plastic control pad on the top of the T bar. The rain seeps past the pad and onto the PCB control board. The rain then tracked across the board and the trolley would just set off by its self. Sometimes it would not start at all. Stripped the handle down and cleaned the PCB board. Ran a small bead of silicon sealer under the plastic facia pad. I have not tried it in the rain yet but hopefully this will cure the problem. If you need any spares for the trolley go onto Bat Caddy site.

I too bought a bentley electric trolley and am diapointed in it. after less than a year all the plastic joints seem to be floppy and is not too stable.
I think you should be able to get spares from buyDirect4u.com they
operate on behalf of amazon.
Cheers Derek

Bentley Electric Golf Trolley was going brilliantly until today after about a months use it only goes 1 speed (full speed) its so annoying and really put me off my game. the exact same thing happend to my friends one and its the same trolley so m not impressed and i will be asking for a new one because its unfixable and i did nothing unusual to break it just roaming on the fairways not impressed.

I have had the trolley for six months without trouble then a month ago a wheel broke at the centre boss. Luckily it stayed on and I was able to use the trolley. The drive shaft has now fractured at the gearbox in an identical place to a trolley belonging to a friend. He bought his trolley a week after me. After many phone calls re. the wheel, they agreed to replace it but to date it has not arrived. I have now boxed the trolley up to go back and I will fight for a refund. I will keep you posted!!! I do not recommend this Bentley Electric Golf Trolley in any shape or form.

User manual has been translated using 'Klingon/English' dictionary for the bentley electric golf trolley. One point written quite clearly warns user ' not to use this trolley in the rain!!!' I found that only too apparent when caught out in a shower on the New Course in St Andrews when a) It just stopped working then b) It developed a mind of its own and set off by itself. At least that gave my playing partners a bit of a laugh!

Bentley Electric Golf Trolley is I have the 2009 remote control one and it has been a total waste of money. The power of the trolley was terrible and the handles flex when you pull the trolley. Very cheap parts, motor very poor and noisey, switches break, electrics not reliable and water gets in everywhere.
My best advise if you want a good trolley pay the money. I got a Powercaddy S3 and it is the best thing I have bought it looks good with performance to match...

Have not had any problems yet! maybe i'm the lucky one i don't know but it seems good to me! I've had it a few months now, easy to use, looks good (red) different to most of the trolleys on the market and all roung good value for money. The Bentley Electric Golf Trolley was a great purchase

Unfortunatley the first trolley didn't work, Bentley replaced it after several E Mails, the second trolley worked for approx 3 months, then stopped and started, very unreliable, Bentley have supposily repaired it twice, but still it does not work correctly, with the postage costs returning it, I have now given up.
