When I complained of the very poor durability of the bottom lift up lids and large shelf at the bottom of the door of the Electrolux ERU6470 integrated fridge (both broken after only 6 months), it took 2 months for Electrolux to answer my correspondence. When they did eventually reply it was to announce that those items were not included in the manufacturers warranty, and I would have to pay for replacements. In view of the fact that both items have turned out to be made of a fragile and thin plastic, I think that this is outrageous!
