I found a purse on Shopbop that I wanted to purchase (the price online was USD $298.00 and the purse is a Botkier Clinton Shoulder bag). They had "Free Worldwide Express Delivery" and since I was in Croatia for a bit (originally from Canada), I decided to place my order. Obviously there wasn't "Free Worldwide Express Delivery" to Croatia and the charges amounted to approx. more than half of the purchase price of the purse so I decided to return it (I must say that when I communicated with Customer Service they were very prompt at all hours and even weekends - when I was debating whether to keep the purse). When I told customer service that I wanted to return the purse they said shipping, etc would cost me as much as the purse! So, I decided to keep it (I actually had no choice!). However, when I finally received the purse it was so damaged - a large slit through the leather and the strap was broken - the strap I could probably have repaired somewhere at extra cost of course but the slit is irreparable. I contacted customer service again and explained the situation whereby they told me to send photos - which I did and .... nothing! Absolutely no response whatsoever! It's been over 10 days and I keep on forwarding them the photos and asking what I should do and they haven't responded at all!!! I should have read the reviews before purchasing and am devastated that I didn't prior to purchasing! Just to reiterate - I was able to reach customer service when they were telling me that they would charge me additionally but now when I submitted the photos of the damaged purse they are completely silent! I wish I could post photos on this site to prove this...

Please do not purchase from this site - do your homework and buy from another site that does not have bad reviews (with the exception of a few "fake" good ones I'm sure!)

I sent back some sunglasses which cost over £100. I finally recevied an email saying that they had received the item and would be refunding me in the next 10 days...thi was weeks ago now and still nothing...I'm really worried.

Also, they NEVER reply to your emails....

I don't usually write reviews but I feel I need to warn people - if you are an international buyer avoid this company. I ordered a coat, it arrived quickly but was too big, I returned it under their $40 (approx £23 at the exchange rate) set price with the courier company offered by Shopbob. When I looked over my credit card statement it transpired that taking into account what they refunded me and what they charged me for the courier I had lost about £86, I emailed them a week ago and have gotten no reply. I really regret ordering from them!

I wanted to use their 4th of March coupon code on my dress that I planned to buy many weeks ago and waited for the real deal. I was so happy to read that ShopBop had a 4th of March coupon code that would take off at least $15 on my purchase, but unfortunately the story took another turn:

The coupon code had an expiration time which was March 5th at 12AM CST . I placed my jeans in the cart but as I wanted to check out @ 11pm CST March 4th the code already didn't work anymore :-(

Shortly after 11pm CST I wrote to ShopBop an email explaining the problem but the woman at the customer service just didn't want to believe me (even though the time of my “non-purchase” was on my mail as a proof that I didn’t overlap the deadline of 12am CST) and she didn't want to help me further. I wrote her another email to explain the situation once again but it seemed that she didn’t really read through it and treated me like a liar.

This problem left me really cold and I am really disappointed by ShopBop online store and will really think about buying from them ever again!! I had better turn to another shop like fsession.com as my friends recommended.

I've generally been an aficionado of shopbop.com since it provides for me the capacity to buy fashioner garments to supplement my expert wardrobe. The city I live in doesn't have a plenty of boutiques that convey offbeat, hip planner garments and adornments so shopbop.com filled that crevice for me.

Last week, i order a jean from shopbop, I got my order in 5 days. It's such a hard time to wait for and also it's so much costly. I found porducts some of the denim jeans I have been purchased from fsession.com are much better than those are in shopbop.
