Ds lites are amazing. The Range of games you can also purchase is truly brilliant. The screens have great graphics and should definitely be brought by you. i would reccomend the DS Lite for anyone aged four- one hundred. No matter how bad you think you are at electronic games this Ds Lite could change your life forever. Some games can be educational such as brain training or art acadamy so your child will still be learning something over the summer holidays. Buy the Ds Lite now for £100 or… Read Full Review

Powerful 3D handheld console with a super accurate touch screen. It's very versital and you can play a very wide variety of games everything from Guitar Hero to Animal Crossing to the Legend of Zelda is at your finger tips wherever you go. The screens are very easy to clean. The console gives you that big console feeling no matter where you are. The battery life is pretty good and the screens are ultra bright. Also, you can get wifi on the lite from a pretty good range. I measured it off… Read Full Review

Written on: 23/11/2008

Nintendo has dominated the handheld market since the Game Boy and it's not really hard to see why; the actual games are fantastic. The PSP may have a multitude of features like MP3 and internet browsing, but if you actually want to play games, get the DS. I'm lucky enough to have both, but if I could only have one, it would definitely be the DS… Read Full Review

I was pressured into letting my 5 year old son have a go of my Nintendo DS Lite when I got it. I had to fight to get it back... so now he's got his own. I like to think it's improving his hand/eye coordination and like to ignore that he's in a hideous mood when we drag him away from it.

However, it's good to use for a reward/punishment/bribe too!… Read Full Review

Written on: 29/04/2008 by xfavouriteworstnightmarex (5 reviews written)

I may have only had my DS Lite for just over a week but I can't find any problems with it whatsoever. I believe some people have experienced problems with it and the big danger is if the stylus won't make contact with the screen, you can no longer play DS games on it but I don't expect this would happen. Overall, they're some amazing games available for this, just general fun games like Cake Mania, Nintendogs and Brain Age. But they're also many adventure games for a wider audience, such as… Read Full Review

Written on: 24/01/2007 by carternm31 (82 reviews written)

The Nintendo DS is a great little hand held console. I have the DS lite, which is also slimmer and lighter, which makes a lot of difference. The range of games are excellent and it is all very clever to remember what time you said you were going to meet someone on Animal Crossing. Not only that, brain training is a great game as the touch screen on the DS is so accurate. The battery lasts forever and it only takes an hour to fully charge again. This has to be the best buy I've made in a long… Read Full Review

Written on: 29/09/2006 by TwinCam (33 reviews written)

The Nintendio DS Lite is great! It has great games, it's very original, and it's not just for kids, as I once said in my PSP review. It is marketed for 18 - 34 year olds, which it pulls off, and it looks very cool. I am 24, and I'm not embarrassed by owning one. Although with the original DS I might have been. My girlfriend really loves it, and very soon I will get her one, as the multiplayer games are great. I feel now that the DS is the better machine. It's better because it's not trying to… Read Full Review
