I cannot do anything with this internet, I'm currently on the highest plan but yet I still 2 - 3 bar. I would never recommend Sky to nobody, they just don't care and honestly they don't deserve any respect or anything like the sorts. Every "game" I try to play, I cannot do so, any video I try to watch, I cannot do so, anything just ends up lagging and just not working on me. Truly appalling service from Sky Tv over several months culminating in virtually no tv access - on-screen, on catch-up and the planner. An inordinate amount of time spent refreshing, following instructions, waiting for live chat and other responses. In desperation, I rang yesterday to cancel my subscription. Was promised an engineer visit, new box and discounts if I agreed to new 18 months'contract (31 day cooling off period). Terrible service. The woman I spoke to was completely incapable and left me waiting on the line for ages when all I wanted to do was move the address of the broadband. I am only moving temporarily but with sky it is cheaper to leave the account open as the cancellation fees are so large. When I was told that I did not need a cable laid as I was not planning to use the broadband I was told that the plan would be cancelled and then that I would have to pay the cancellation fee. “False advertising ”

They stated online that they were offering a £75 Mastercard award with their broadband package, and then only sent a £50 award. They refused to provide the amount advertised and told me they never provide £75, it's always £50. I provided them with a screenshot of the £75 deal I signed up for. They then changed their excuse stating that they do offer £75, but I signed up to the £50 deal instead! m very disappointed with Sky services. My WiFi is not working after two weeks of activation. Its been two mouths connection drop hundreds times in a day. Tried everything that was suggested by Sky buying plug in boosters new router speaking to the tech team time after time and after months finally getting a result and that was to cancel my package. In my opinion Sky need to review their policies.if you have a problem with equipment its chargeable need an engineer its chargeable . “Slow broadband/ No signal in the next room”

Well I had broadband and sky installed 6 weeks ago and so far it is terrible. My computer is very slow at loading sites and downloading data and my router is in the same room. I actually paid for the fastest version there is. I live in a small bungalow and I can not receive strong enough signals in my bedroom to use my other sky box or wifi calling or loading sites on my phone at a decent speed. USELESS. Despite four phone calls explaining that my broadband was not working and that I needed for my work. They passed me from one person to the next, went through endless question and answers. I recently decided to join sky. I ordered a sky q 2tb box a mini box for the bedroom broadband and phone. It was quick and easy to sign up and have my payment taken, but as soon as I had a problem (I needed to change the date of my new phone line going in) I discovered how things are for customers. I used the messaging service and was told by the operator who I think was in India or similar due to their grasp of English gave me a number to call. This number had a cost per minute. I've been with Sky for quite a few years and every time when my contract is approaching it's end I called to cancel and have normally been offered very good discounts. We were offered Sky Q after a very hard sell as we were moving home. We was also pressured to by a package and part with £247 this would get us three boxes a new dish broad band ect. No such luck no new dish sky Q that does not recalled but worse of all they kept sending out engineers that said it would not work.
