I just can't fault. I was given a price to replace all of my windows in white, grey or with bespoke leaded panels and small windows to match the glass in my door. There was no hard sell with a salesman determined to stay until you gave them the job at a highly inflated price, they listened to me the gave what I considered to be honest advice and time alone to consider my options. I went ahead with the grey option and leaded windows. They gave me a 4 week lead on the job and to my surprise it was completed early. The workmen who were all very experienced turned up when they said they would, they were all very friendly, polite, cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. I love my new windows particularly the bespoke leaded ones. A lot of companies give you a book to choose from but Faroncrown asked me what I wanted and made them to my specification. A fair price and an excellent job.

We have now used Faroncrown three times replacing all our windows and doors gradually. We are very pleased with the result and the way they work. From start to finish they have been a pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales, just good advice when required and the fitters worked very hard and efficiently to cause the minimum disruption to our home and with very little mess which they clear up well. Many thanks to all concerned including the workshop. Just patio doors next for which we will call on Faroncrown once again.

I cannot fault their work from initial visit for the quote to completion of the job. They offer a wide range of products which are well displayed in their brochures and for which they have excellent knowledge.Also they encourage you to visit the showroom. There was no hard sell and their customer service reflects their willingness to help at every stage. The fitters were efficient, pleasant and helpful at all times,cleared up thoroughly and were a pleasure to have around.

Faron Crown Ltd was recently recommended to me by a friend, so we thought we would give them a try. From the minute we met them, we felt very comfortable with them. There was no hard sell, they had a lot of different brochures showing the range that they did, but did like you to come to the showroom, to see their products "in action".

From start to finish the whole job was very professional. Continuous updated calls, pleasant handling, very pleasant fitters and just a very pleasant transaction all round.

Our windows and doors look superb, are exactly what we wanted, and we could not be happier, and also feel a lot safer.
