“Worse ever!!!”

I would like to express my disappointment with this company. They charge you for a 5-star service and give you a 1-star service.
 My delivery should have arrived on 19 December. I received an update that it was out for delivery, then an update that the address was missing some info. I got in touch via chat, gave them all the information, doorbell, flat, floor, gate access code and was told that if there were any problems they should call me and I'd come down so as not to miss the delivery, because when you pay for a fast delivery service you don't want to miss it. Today they updated it again, with a lack of information again, and they had absolutely everything. I got in touch with the chat team who didn't know anything about my contact from the day before, they asked me to come into the chat after an hour and give them the reference number 196281831, after an hour I did this and the person had no idea what I was talking about, seriously, this doesn't sound like a serious company that takes its customers' problems seriously and seeks solutions. I then left the chat and rang, and a friendly attendant told me that she did indeed have the information from the previous day and that she didn't understand why they hadn't delivered, saying that it was their fault for not accessing the information and that another attempt would be made today. So once again I didn't leave the house for the second day in a row waiting for the very difficult delivery, to my surprise I receive an email saying that they came in the morning but nobody was home? Sorry? I've been up since 7am waiting for this and they don't have the nerve to say that as a new excuse? But the worst thing is that the email says they will deliver it tomorrow... If with all the data and me waiting at home they didn't deliver it today, tomorrow will be a new excuse! I've asked them by chat, call and email to give me the chance to go to their depot to pick it up as I have a flight on Saturday and it's the Christmas holidays so it's difficult. I've been completely ignored. I believe that because I'm in the historic centre, which is a difficult place to park, they just ignore me and throw any excuse into their system. They had all the information they needed to make this delivery to me today. In short: -The company doesn't seek solutions to problems
 -The delivery man can change his excuses for not having delivered to an excuse that suits him better

 -They don't exchange information with each other and at every contact you have to explain everything and they still don't know what you're talking about They are incapable of solving your problem and when you find a solution they ignore you.

 -Every time you contact them, they ask for 1 hour to resolve your problem and they don't solve anything.

 -Just like other famous services that update you on the day and time of delivery, they don't update you with anything.

 I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

“Worst of all the delivery companies trading.”

Worst of all the delivery companies trading. Damaged parcel delivered to the wrong address AGAIN!!! I would NEVER trust then even with an empty box. I hope they go bust soon!!!

“Shocking non delivery”

I received an e-mail at 6:30am on a Friday saying delivery will be between 8am and 8pm that day. Took a day's leave after rearranging 6 meetings & an unhappy boss! Received an e-mail at 8:45am saying they couldn't deliver as no one home. I WAS HOME, no one knocked or pressed the buzzer. After being on hold forever with customer services, I arranged for Monday with a guarantee the driver will call if lost. Took yet another days leave and guess what! At 10am I received an e-mail at 10am saying they couldn't deliver as no one was home. The picture they took is not even my house, it's a random driveway. The driver didn't bother phoning me either. I'm now on hold for customer services, 15 minutes and counting.

“Nightmare ”

Rearranged the date again - they didn’t come at all. Still waiting. Losing time and nerves. What a shame for the Government to make us to pay for that foreign company services when we have old trusted Royal Mail????

“UNRELIABLE AND APPALLING SERVICE ”

I will never recommend TNT to anyone, I was meant to have my passport delivered to me on a Monday as it shows on their website, waited no message nothing at the end of the day when i went back on the site, it has changed the delivery date to Tuesday. Tuesday came it showed out for delivery waited all day and nothing came, at about 7.35pm on Tuesday it changed the delivery date to Wednesday, Wednesday morning we got a text, waited all day still nothing called at about 6pm and was told there is still enough time for delivery to be made as soon as it got to 7pm the delivery date changed again to Thursday I tried calling but their office was closed. Today is Thursday I am still waiting and I don't know when or if I will ever get the passport delivered THIS IS FRUSTRATING

“Worst Courrier Company”

I sent a "URGENT" lette by paying amount og 110USD and it never arrived in time. THey said 3-4 days and I'm waiting on 10th day and still no news. Very unprofessional courrier service.

“Worst company ever total rubbish ”

They have been holding my important documents nearly for 20 days now…total messed up company with useless staff who give u rubbish Information after two hours on hold seriously…,how a Home office can Give contract of people’s important documents to a terrible company Like this …everyone of us should open a petition for home office to Withdraw contract with such a disastrous company….useless staff Terrible company…do us favour just close this business u guys are not worthy of peoples trust

“Shambolic service”

They don’t deserve even 1 but there is no lower rate then that My daughters passport was supposed to arrive on 23rdNovember and it haven’t arrived even today I got text saying it’s on for delivery 8am-8pm yesterday I had to take time off work to wait for it and still nothing Now they saying return to depot to be delivered on 26th My daughter was supposed to go and see her I’ll grandmother tomorrow morning, and not to go because of careless unprofessional lazy delivery company drives you absolutely crazy, lost so much money on tickets aswell HMPO should really rip out the contract they got with TNT and just stick to RM

“very poor delivery service”

Didn't delivery passport just sent a picture of the wrong street and said they unable to deliver. Tried contacting TNT waited for over 1 hr to get through and not very helpful. raised a formal complaint. They told me manager would contact me within 2 days still waiting for call from last Friday. I had to give them delivery instructions on how to get to my property and my contact number before it was delivered Had many deliveries from the likes of Amazon, eBay, just eat etc never a problem. An international delivery company that cant find my property unless I provide instructions on how to get there is so poor, they should be embarrased

“I needn't have worried!”

I was so worried about receiving delivery of our childs fast track passport, especially after reading all the terrible reviews below. I need not have worried at all. Fast track appointment Wednesday morning, brand new passport in my hand by 11 am Friday morning, thanks to TNT! Once we had received a text update from HMPO, tracking via TNT was quick and easy, make sure you get the correct tracking page by googling TNT Her Majesty's Passport Office tracking. We received regular updates and they have saved our holiday, cannot thank TNT enough.

“Do not use!!!”

Scheduled pick up at 1pm t 4.30 pm - had to pay a guy to wait for 3 1/2 hours as I was away - 150 £ for the guy waiting, but no show. TNT states they were there at 2.11 pm (even spoke to the waiting guy a few minutes earlier)

“Failed do deliver passport”

Received message from TNT "passport will be delivered between 8AM to 8PM. At 11:45AM", another message "We were unbale to deliver", tried calling their customer services but couldn't get through. Wish I have not paid extra £5 for this service.

“Terrible Service”

I have tried to have my passport delivered on 3 separate occasions so far. They have all been failures leaving me sat at home awaiting them. So far they have tried to deliver without telling me they are coming. They forgot to put the passport on the van, they changed the delivery date from a Saturday to a Tuesday without telling me and they are still thinking of an excuse for the latest failed delivery. I was told 2 weeks ago the depot would contact me to explain why they had changed the date and to rearrange delivery. So far nobody has tried to contact me. It takes over an hour to get through the queue on the phone. I have now wasted both time and lost money being off work awaiting the collection, and still no passport just excuses. This is not a delivery company I would recommend to anyone

“Unprofessional and slack”

Absolutely unprofessional! My BRP is supposed to be delivered by them. I did not even know I had a package from them. 28 June they attempted delivery but I was not emailed/called/left a postcard nothing. Eventually, when I call the EU department asking where my biometrics card is, they say they have sent it out long ago and give me a tracking number. That is how I find that TNT has been sitting with my package since 28 June and did not even tell me about it! I set the delivery date for 11 Aug, track my package at 7 pm because I still did not receive anything, and I see my package is back at the delivery station. The driver did not come to deliver, I was at home the whole day waiting for it as it said "out for delivery" earlier today. and then you call the number, and no one ever answers the phone. Someone needs to either change their staff or give them training on customer service.

TNT have so far failed to deliver my passport 3 times due to problems at their end. TNT send fictional text messages claiming the package arrived 3 times at the delivery depot. Customer support line is extremely busy and slow and you can expect to be on the phone for at least an hour. Phone line cuts off regulary. A really frustrating incompetent service.

“Avoid at all costs”

TNT severely damaged my air conditioner in transit (cracked exterior in multiple places, scraped and dirty up the front face). Instead of returning it to the supplier, they knowingly delivered it anyways damaged. This is called wilful negligence. I had to take a day off of work to receive it, as its extremely heavy. Upon request of a replacement they refused to allow me to keep the cosmetically damaged unit, due to the hassle of moving it back out to the front, and compensation for having to take ANOTHER day off of work to rectify their wilful negligence, or to provide any financial compensation, and asked me to source a printer for their label and purchase repacking materials for their return. Shocking behaviour from a Dutch company, I would expect better. Avoid this company at all costs.

“Absolutely useless!”

Absolutely useless. Don’t use them! Can’t get through to them on the phone. Takes ages to get through to them on line. They can’t give you any window or update as they don’t know where their drivers are! They can’t contact them. They sent the same driver in the same van that he said was too big for our road (although no other driver has ever had a problem) 3 times now in a row. I’m still waiting for my delivery if it ever comes! They’ll only change it if the seller contacts them and won’t listen to me or what the rubbish driver says. I have never known such a useless, stupid, unhelpful, antiquated company.

“Doesn’t have security! ”

This company doesn't have the security to work with important documents such as a Resident card. I've been almost 5 months without my resident card due to a deliveryman mistake that even hit the street if it was the right one and delivered such an important document to anyone. And now I have to call begging for answers about something that wasn't my mistake.

“Dreadful service”

This is the first time I have ever dealt with TNT delivery services and the service is appalling. I am waiting for very important and confidential documents to be delivered since 8th March 2021 and TNT have failed to deliver not once but multiple times. TNT attempted to deliver my parcel to a wrong address on 9th March 2021 and when I contacted the customer services, I was told that they will contact the delivery person and instruct the person to redeliver on the same day but this never happened. The customer service person took my contact number on the 9th March 2012 and promised to call back to confirm but she never bothered. Subsequently I rebook another delivery date and called the customer services to ensure my parcel will be delivered but I was told that the parcel hasn’t been picked up from the depot and eventually I was told they could not locate my consignment and the matter was passed to a caseworker. This went on from 8th March and I am still waiting for my consignment. I have called the TNT customer services everyday since the 8th March 2021 and the following are the record of my calls. On the 9th March I was told my parcel will be redelivered and I will get a call to confirm. There were no calls or messages. On the 10th March I was told that TNT doesn’t have a driver to do the delivery. On the 11th March the customer services person said the consignment will be delivered on Friday 12the March. This never happened. On 12th March after two calls to TNT customer services, I was told by the customer services person that the matter has been passed on to a caseworker and she will call/ message to update me regarding the consignment. Since I did not get any calls or messages, I rang the customer services again at approximately 1820hrs again on 12th March and after a long wait the person who answered claimed he would find out about the consignment and he kept me waiting and eventually the phone went dead. There is no doubt he just couldn’t careless and he terminated the call. TNT service is completely dreadful, and extremely poor. I have been waiting for these documents for more than 8 months from the Home Office and your dreadful service has caused further aggravation.
