I will never recommend TNT to anyone, I was meant to have my passport delivered to me on a Monday as it shows on their website, waited no message nothing at the end of the day when i went back on the site, it has changed the delivery date to Tuesday. “very poor delivery service”

Didn't delivery passport just sent a picture of the wrong street and said they unable to deliver. Tried contacting TNT waited for over 1 hr to get through and not very helpful. raised a formal complaint. They told me manager would contact me within 2 days still waiting for call from last Friday. I had to give them delivery instructions on how to get to my property and my contact number before it was delivered Had many deliveries from the likes of Amazon, eBay, just eat etc never a problem. “Terrible Service”

I have tried to have my passport delivered on 3 separate occasions so far. They have all been failures leaving me sat at home awaiting them. So far they have tried to deliver without telling me they are coming. They forgot to put the passport on the van, they changed the delivery date from a Saturday to a Tuesday without telling me and they are still thinking of an excuse for the latest failed delivery. “Unprofessional and slack”

Absolutely unprofessional! My BRP is supposed to be delivered by them. I did not even know I had a package from them. 28 June they attempted delivery but I was not emailed/called/left a postcard nothing. Eventually, when I call the EU department asking where my biometrics card is, they say they have sent it out long ago and give me a tracking number. “Really disappointing service”

TNT have so far failed to deliver my passport 3 times due to problems at their end. TNT send fictional text messages claiming the package arrived 3 times at the delivery depot. Customer support line is extremely busy and slow and you can expect to be on the phone for at least an hour. Phone line cuts off regulary. A really frustrating incompetent service… Read Full Review

“Avoid at all costs”

TNT severely damaged my air conditioner in transit (cracked exterior in multiple places, scraped and dirty up the front face). Instead of returning it to the supplier, they knowingly delivered it anyways damaged. This is called wilful negligence. I had to take a day off of work to receive it, as its extremely heavy. Absolutely useless. Don’t use them! Can’t get through to them on the phone. Takes ages to get through to them on line. They can’t give you any window or update as they don’t know where their drivers are! They can’t contact them. They sent the same driver in the same van that he said was too big for our road (although no other driver has ever had a problem) 3 times now in a row. “Doesn’t have security! ”

“No service at all”

I had a parcel to be delivered Thursday. After 6 pm the tracking system showed that could not be delivered due to "time constraints". I waited for it the whole Friday. At 4:20pm on Friday, the tracking status was: in delivery by 6pm. At 6pm the tracking status showed that at 4:10pm I was not at home. Do not get me wrong, in this house always is someone home. “If I could award minus 5, I would”

Would I recommend to a friend? I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. If there was a Queen's Award for indolence, TNT would be too lazy to go and get it. TNT never give an ETA, simply that it will be delivered before 18.00 but they don't say "Provided the driver can be bothered". If you haven't seen them by 16.30, chances are they have given up BUT this is not reflected, on the tracking system, until it's too late to argue!! “Don't do it”

First of all online process seemed simple. Arranged for a Friday collection next day before 12. Was 25% more expensive than a Thursday but made sense being weekend.... however didn't arrive Saturday.
