“Terrible company”

I have been buying computers for past 30 years, but never experienced anything like this. Will never recommend it to anyone and will continue to criticise it at any meeting or debate. The never answer phone calls or reply to calls i leave on answering machine. Never reply to emails also. The screen on both ideapads i purchased were VERY hard to see even on 100. Trading standards are taking up my case hopefully i will get my money back but i wont hold my breath. AVOID!!!!… Read Full Review

“Lousy support”

Purchased their laptop. First of all it was very slow. Then during setup the computer was unable to find my printer so could not print. Called tech support. they said it was a software issue to call my printer company. All this when the computer was just out of the box brand-new. Junked it and purchased an HP laptop. During setup the laptop located my wireless and printed a test page flawlessly. Will never buy a Lenovo computer again, $400 plus down the drain… Read Full Review

“The sad truth”

I grew up with many laptops and computers. The apple was one with the big floppy disk drives and tv like monitor. I had a dell like the Lenovo and before it. The computer ran ok for a while. The laptop was $210 or so at Best buy in Lady Lake. I got it and was glad it ran ok with win 10 home on it. THE specs- Win 10 home dvd rw drive wireless wi fi drive Plenty of memory, wow! “Lenovo/Windows 10 bad experience”

I recently bought a Lenovo C20 desktop computer and it turned out to be an utter waste of money. It would suddenly stop working and announce that it was closing down so that upgrades could be installed. This happened regularly. “Not a good experience”

I ordered a Lenovo A10-70 Tablet from their outlet. The first problem was that they had amalgamated two addresses on the parcel. Fortunately the carrier eventually worked it out and delivered it. When it arrived I first turned it on only to be met with tens of error messages. I tried it in safe mode and tried a system reset from recovery. All to no avail. “No Service ”

Ordered 3 machines and paid on-line. Cancelled order within a couple hours. Order continued to show as active! Called Lenovo and was told the order had been cancelled. The following day the order still showed as active so I phoned again the following day and was told the order had been submitted to China and there was no way to cancel. “6 weeks for a Desktop and counting”

On October 11th I placed an order for a M72e Desktop, this had to be cancelled due to a revised ship date for Late November! On the 13th of November I placed another order with an estimated ship time of 2 weeks. This also had to be cancelled after a revised ship date showing mid December. I purchased a new laptop from Lenovo (IBM) and after 5 weeks it failed (de-powered)on battery and was completely dead (no power-up - no charging light when I connected the charger).
