Have been trying to purchase a tower from them for weeks now, but it keeps getting delayed with zero explanation. Every customer service agent just says everything is fine and asks you to wait, but then you wait and they ask you to wait again until they cancel your order out of nowhere and ask you to reorder.

Purchased a Lenovo Legion PC in 2020. Since then, I have been trying to resolve a freezing issue due to a faulty Video Card. I have had to deal with this issue 6 times since my purchase, to no avail. Apparently, there is a problem with the Video Card that is well known to Lenovo. Unfortunately, Lenovo is making no attempt to rectify this issue. At this point I have a 900-dollar paperweight. It would appear that Lenovo does NOT stand behind their products.

My Chromebook is a Lenovo. It works well and has minimal issues; however, I wish it had a bit more storage space. In comparison to many other brands, they appear to be reliable and of decent quality. One difficulty I have with this laptop and Chromebooks is that some of the keys do not function in the same way, and you aren't always sure which keys to use to copy and paste, etc.

I Bought Lenovo y series laptop 8 months ago and the hard disk got corrupted within a year itself. though I got it fixed from the service centre I lost all my data. Really upset with the Lenovo company.

Excellent performance and a stylish and practical nature of Lenevo products.

I've got a Lenovo t450s and it's been great since 2014, it's done the job and it's been very efficient. I am upgrading it now, mainly because I do a lot of photography and feel the need for a newer, more robust system, but I ould strongly recommend a Lenovo to anyone. Now I'm retired, but when I worked, Lenovo was always supplied with the laptop at work and it was fantastic. Always works-holds up always-easy to update and use.

I have been buying computers for past 30 years, but never experienced anything like this. Will never recommend it to anyone and will continue to criticise it at any meeting or debate. The never answer phone calls or reply to calls i leave on answering machine. Never reply to emails also. The screen on both ideapads i purchased were VERY hard to see even on 100. Trading standards are taking up my case hopefully i will get my money back but i wont hold my breath. AVOID!!!!

Again, I am not sure what's with all these negative reviews. I feel like people go out of their way to leave a negative review than a positive one.

Lenovo was incredible with me, they serviced my tablet even when it was out of warranty.

Now yes, I had to speak to a supervisor, but it got the job done.

Purchased their laptop. First of all it was very slow. Then during setup the computer was unable to find my printer so could not print. Called tech support.

they said it was a software issue to call my printer company. All this when the computer was just out of the box brand-new. Junked it and purchased an HP laptop.

During setup the laptop located my wireless and printed a test page flawlessly.

Will never buy a Lenovo computer again, $400 plus down the drain

I grew up with many laptops and computers. The apple was one with the big floppy disk drives and tv like monitor. I had a dell like the Lenovo and before it. The computer ran ok for a while. The laptop was $210 or so at Best buy in Lady Lake. I got it and was glad it ran ok with win 10 home on it. THE specs-

Win 10 home

wireless wi fi drive

Plenty of memory, wow!

The laptop was NOT touch screen, win 10 came out. Mom got a Lenovo win 10 with a touch screen on it. Mom's Lenovo was slow and the graphics were sloppy. Mom's laptop screen went funky soon. The touch screen she had. The screen turned to vomit colors and pale blue. WOW!

My Lenovo's power got messed up in 2 years. The laptop gave out drained/low battery warnings soon after charged some. Then next came hell-

My Lenovo came off.

I turned it on again, ON thank god. One day my Lenovo came an odor, NOT good. I turned it off. NOT come on again. I unplugged the power cord and removed the battery. A burning smell, Good!

I let the laptop sit a while like the web said to do.

The laptops have a light to let you know if it is plugged in or charging. Neith was on!

My Lenovo was toast, literally.

Try NOT to buy a Lenovo laptop, not worth it.
