“After email contact 8 months in advance our holiday...”

After email contact 8 months in advance our holiday was booked at the Queens for two double rooms adjoining. Arriving at the airport we boarded the no. 3 bus which took us to the door of the hotel.
A friendly greeting from staff and we found the hotel very basic but clean and tidy.
With a central position in Gibraltar we walked everywhere, to the Europa Point at the southern end of the rock and past North Front to the Mediterranean side beaches.

After going to Bonaire for our honeymoon last year, our first holiday as a married couple was to Gibraltar where stayed at the Queen's Hotel. It's a family-run hotel where we were welcomed from the beginning. Wasn't too impressed with the looks of this place, but after Bonaire I'm kinda spoiled I think.
