Rocking horse received on time and it simply brilliant. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. It is quite a heavy item unlike the cheaper versions to can guy in places like Argos and Toys r Us.

My wife and I are very happy with our choice of purchase and we are sure our grandson will enjoy this for many years to come.

From the point of placing our order we received the communication from the company that the rocking horse would be shipped to us and by when. It arrived 2 days earlier than expected.

Would buy again.

We attempted to order the toy box. We checked delivery times and were advised it was in stock but would take about 3 weeks for the personalised name to be added. After 5 weeks still no toy box and email responses were brief and curt and served only to confirm that the box wasn't ready. Eventually asked to cancel and refund. Company didn't appear interested in comments on customer service. Just kept coming back with longer time ales, without apology, explanation or any confirmation of how long it actually might be. So five weeks after the birth of the baby, still no baby gift. Now awaiting refund for £315...

A website selling an amazing collection of toys. The company is based in Leeds and makes many of its customised toys to order. Made by hand by craftsman using quality materials. I was surprised at the build quality. Prices are also better than the high street. I would buy again from Hibba Toys.

Ok, products appear to be uniquie and decent quality but are expensive. You can find cheaper if you research.

I was referred to Hibba Toys by my brother. They have a unique product called the 'Hibba Personalised Stool'. You can have a fantastic and educational children's toy made based on the letters of your kid's name.

I ordered this from the website, as well as a dolls house, which I noticed was £20 cheaper than a couple of other toy sites. My experience at other e-commerce sites has generally not been good, with lousy shopping carts, an insistency that you provide all kinds of unnecessary data to make your data (why do they ask for your fax number? I have never once had a fax from a website in nine years), encourage you to sign-up to their and their partner's mailing lists (yeah, spam me for ever baby with your offers), but with Hibba it was plain sailing. I made my purchase in five minutes.

I was stunned to receive the toys only three days later. They arrived in secure packaging. Hibba haven't signed me up to any mailing list, and they don't send me promotional emails as other sites do. Because they respect their customers in this way, I will shop with them again, and encourage my friends to do so as well.

All in all, Hibba Toys provides a pleasant shopping experience. Great store, great product range and great prices. This is what shopping online should be like it.
