Bought a couple of diamond rings in may this year absolutely beautiful the diamond came out of one of the rings Took it back to the store in wigan Standishgate . I purchased a ring from Warren James for my Daughter -in -Law, i wasnt sure of her size but the assistant said be no peoblem to change it, unfortunatly it was to small so she took it back and they said that she was a day to late and they coulnt change it as it was company polcy, she didnt want a refund or to change it to something else just wanted a bigger size, so she if left with a ring that is useless, i will never spend another penny in Warren Jame, I have several pieces of jewely from them… Read Full Review

“No refund policy and bad service”

Bought a necklace chain for a pendant I had left at home. When my pendant didn't fit on and I brought the chain back next day, the sales advisor said they don't do refunds. They didn't mention that when I bought the chain though. They need a huge sign warning people of their 'no refund policy'. The sales advisor was rude and unpleasant to top it off. If your buying a gift and there's a possibility you might need to return the item then go somewhere else. Warren James have a no refund policy. They like to take your money and run. A bit odd when the business they're in is predominantly selling gifts that may not be wanted. They don't tell you this when purchasing either. “Gold studs cut my ear love and made it bleed”

I bought a pair of 9ct gold studs in September 2017, only had them a month and one of the studs cut the front of my ear lobe and was bleeding for ages. Also the back of one of the studs came loose and was lost. When I went into store to explain they wouldnt refund even though they were faulty, so I left the store and was disgusted at the service given, staff clearly have no idea how to give correct customer service, also management refused to speak to me when I asked for them to speak to me. Fiance brought a ring, it was too big have been refused an exchanged based on "surface marks" which became "scratches" worst staff treatment, rude and unwilling to help. they lie and twist the truth to make sure you dont return or exchange any item . they dont listen. they dont care about customer satisfaction. stay away from them and dont waste your time… Read Full Review

I lost a stone out of my ring and although I didn't buy it from the Bridlington branch, I went there to ask their advice. They did not have my size in so took my ring, gave me a receipt and sent the ring off for a replacement. Within about 2 weeks they contacted me to say the replacement was available to collect. Birthday ruined by no refund policy. curb chain purchased instore at Nuneaton for precious crucifix, to replace previous H. Samuels rubbish. their products would not fit crucifix and wouldn't give me my money back....credit voucher for more of their rubbish!!!! gave wife credit note for a lot of money for stuff she doesn't want there. Item worn twice but then broke. Asked for refund and told they don't do refunds. Quoted Sale of Goods Act and Consumer Rights Act. Still refused to refund me. Told them that they were breaking the law and announced it when shop was full of customers and told other customers not to buy there. Suddenly got a refund! Blatantly flouting the law. I visited Ilford Warren James Store, only to be subjected to inults! 2 female staff were in the store 28/8/17 around 4pm. When I was insulted for no apparent reason. I was just purely looking at some necklaces when the female member of staff, suggested what she thought i looked like to her collegue! To my disgust I asked; Is there a problem? My husband and I got married last August we bought our matching white gold wedding bands from Warren James Southport. My husband's ring has looked tarnished for a long time so much so it looks like a cheap brass plumbers olive. I took it back to the store and was told there was nothing they could do and that it must be his skin?! The inside of the ring is fine so surely that would be the first part to go?
