Trip to Royal Grand Sharm Hotel We had a very bad experience at Royal Grand Sharm Hotel , Briefly 1- Hospitality is very bad 2- bad reaction and response from the staff , they are not friendly at all 3- Slow and delays in every request we ask for 4- Food service , quality and variety are very bad and no refill , taste of everything is very bad 5- insects and reptiles are all over the place and inside the rooms 6- we had several complains from rooms bath and aircondition , they solve it after 4 hours We asked to meet the manage but he never showed up and we met the "Front Office Manager" and we raised to him all our complains , next day ,, nothing happened ,, same problems ,, we really suffered those 4 days at that hotel and i don't recommend any body to risk his vacation in such a low quality service
