Falcon Hills Hotel

I would like to thank all the staff and the manager Ayman at Falcon Hills for saving my holiday. After a very bad start to my Holiday due to Holiday Gems, the staff at Falcon hills could not do enough to help me. They allowed me to stay over the Christmas period even though the holiday company had not booked me in.

The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff very friendly. My father and I are coeliac and find it very hard to eat whilst on holiday as we are unsure what the sauces and dishes contain. I had no need to worry as once we told Ayman of our dietry needs he introduced us to the chef Saab, who cooked our meals seperatley every day. I can not recommend this hotel enough and we shall certainly be going back. There is always something you can eat and the entertainment was hilarious.The Pirates Dive Club on site are also fantastic and we would recommend you take a trip with them. Good things, everything except drinks bit warm, food a bit cool. Ice cold pool but small pool heated no pool bar. Overall, I would go to Falcon Hills Hotel again.

Very disappointing one week stay in Falcon Hills Hotel. Did not live up to my expectations, I would not recommend it to any British tourists.

Me and my husband stayed at Falcon Hills April 2008, and had a really lovely time. The hotel is very nice. It is very clean and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. We recommend this hotel and in fact we are going back again next April !

The hotel Falcon Hills was extremely clean and tidy, the staff did everything to help you and were so polite, the rooms were cleaned and beds made up and towels changed every day. Excellent hotel. Wwould recommend it to anyone. Other than the buffet food being slightly cool I can't really complain about anything.
