I stayed at the Pafian Park holiday Village in mid September, for 10 nights. This is my review, based solely on my experiences, and given the time of year, may be extremely different to hight of season periods. This is a long and in depth review, so I hope you find it helpful.
Location wise, it is just about 23km/14 miles from the airport, which takes about 25 minutes or so in a taxi. No noise pollution from airplanes or other hotels whatsoever. The main town centre is a few km inland, and…

the Pafian Park Village staff were great they always made a fuss over the kids good choice of food the maids were excelent the pool was always very clean and tidy great for relaxing if you like to always be on the go choose somewhere else the down side rooms basic and tired the beds are rock hard and your are a taxi ride from eneywhere. this was relaxing holiday and great if you have young kids they can keep going and getting food and drink all day long and you can just let them play all day. i… Read Full Review

We chose Pafian Park based on the 4* advertised. We arrived to find cockroaches in the bedroom, we then got moved to another room with other insects. The food was okay, repetitive and basic. Entertainment was cringeworthy and at times laughable. Staff were friendly however did not welcome criticism. The location was too far away from anything and the shop on site was always empty, the bus stop was an up hill walk, however was worth venturing out of the resort. The weather was the one positive… Read Full Review

We chose Cyprus as it was our honeymoon considering it is the 'island of love'! The travel agent recommended paphian park, we are so glad she did.
The food was fabulous, so much choice, the chef is a talented person! my waistline has reflected this!
The animation team are so friendly, they walk round the pool twice a day to greet all the guests, they organise great water games to which my new hubby and I really enjoyed, the water polo soon worked the lunch off!
most of the staff are really…

Basic entertainment which kids love but some of us older clients may cringe at.
Basic quality and way too much chlorine, but as far as a basic holiday goes its not too bad what do people expect
Do make sure you get out and about or your holiday will be wasted.
Oh beds were a tad hard I like a firm mattress but even I struggled.
Bus from top of road is 1.35 euros runs every 15-20 mins air con taxis into harbour or bar street area 10 euros 12 after midnight but haggle they will take 10 and you…

Really enjoyed the Pathian park, if you have a young family then this is the place for you. The food was excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The complex is very well designed and the views from the pool are and rooms are excellent. The all inclusive package is good and the animation team keep the kids happy. I was there with two 16 year olds and I feel that it was just to quiet for them and it was to far out of Paphos to let them go there themselves… Read Full Review

Had a great time would go again tomorrow food great had plenty of choice. Bar staff always helpful animation team always smiling and not because of work even after work finished they stayed around and had fun with us. Pafian park is a great hotel, the staff are excellent if a little quick to try and clear your plate in the restaurant. We paid extra for a sea view and ended up with a fantastic sea AND pool view giving some of the best sunset i have ever seen. The all inclusive is a great option and the food caters to most peoples tastes.
Yes the air-conditioning was extra with our operator (JMC/Thomas Cook) but that and a safe box was only £40 for the week, nothing when you think about it.
Only negative…

Don't go all inclusive! Watch out for some poor attitude from some staff. I think the air - con is free if you book with a particular company, otherwise its a fortune but you will probably need it as the rooms are sweltering so account for it when changing money over… Read Full Review

We feel that Cyprus has a lot to offer, as there is a lot of culture and history. The people all around are very friendly and helpful. We had no hick ups and enjoyed shopping in the local town and sightseeing. Avoid going to the Aphrodite baths, which is a 1 1/2 hour drive, as all you see there is a pond. Each day thousands of tourists go there and return disappointed. But around Paphos and towards Limassol there are so many museums and Greek mythology places too see, which are all well… Read Full Review

We were sold the Pafian Park Village as a FOUR star hotel, which in reality is no more than a two star. Rooms were just about OK. Don't pay extra for a pool view, as you won't get a decent one. Problems were with the food mainly - The food that was not eaten at one session was served at the next, making it soggy, tasteless, overcooked and unpleasant to look at.
The drinks were watered down versions of proper spirits. Where is the 'Cocktail Bar'? There was no menu to choose a cocktail from, so…

We had a nice relaxing holiday at the Pafian Park Village in Paphos, but it was so boring! The 'entertainment team' were obviously enjoying the sun and couldn't really be bothered to do anything. When they bothered to do archery, the equipment was worn and practically useless! Don't get me wrong, there was a full entertainment programme, they just didn't do it!
It is a really nice hotel, and the staff were great, but I wouldn't recommend going all inclusive. Although the food was good, you…
