HAVING RESPONDED TO AN ADVERT PLACED ON AUTOTRADER BY MOTOZOOM AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE VEHICLE I WAS VERY PLEASED AT WHAT I SAW WHEN I ARRIVED.THE FORD TRANSIT IN QUESTION WAS DESCRIBED EXACTLY ON THE PHONE AS IT WAS PHYSICALLY AND THE SERVICE HISTORY WAS RIGHT UPTO DATE AS PROMISED,THIS FILLED ME WITH CONFIDENCE THAT I WAS DEALING WITH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT HAD BEEN TRUE TO THE WORD,HAVING STRUCK IN MY MIND A GOOD DEAL I LEFT WITH NO NIGGLING DOUBTS ABOUT MY NEW PURCHASE,THE VAN IN QUESTION HAS NEVER FAILED ME IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OF ME OWNING IT OR THE 18000 MILES I TRAVELED IN IT,AND TODAY I HAVE REVISITED AND PURCHASED A SECONDRY VEHICLE FOR A NEW MEMBER OF STAFF,AGAIN TREATED WITH THE SAME RESPECT AND PROFESSIONLISM AS MY FIRST VISIT.

Motozoom, not a nice company to deal with. I asked for an oil change and his words were' look mate if you don't like it go somewhere else'. I didn't think asking a service that was due was that drastic.
