The Samsung D800 mobile phone is not as bad as the upgrade of the phone, which my mate has, and it's touch sensitive!
The phone buttons are not meant for ease of use. You can't hear the ringing. It rings six times then cuts into the voicemail, which I still can't find how to turn off. I will be venturing into the shop very soon.
Don't waste your money. To be honest, I bought the phone on the spur of the moment, so don't make my mistake folks!! It's rubbish.

Don't bother! The Samsung D800 is the worst mobile phone I have ever owned. I have been stuck for 18 months with a totally unusable phone. It is a load of rubbish!!
It has a good clear screen, but it has poor signal, very bad speaker which distorts when set on full volume. Ring tones are not loud enough, and the signal drops call after call.

The Samsung D800 is a lovely mobile phone! I would recommend it to anyone who would like a stylish and good workable phone. It is an easy to use great looking phone, and it is not as small as made out by Samsung, but I think that is a plus, as I do not like small phones which are hard to use with keyboard etc. Texts are sent very quickly. Fonts are very clear and the screen is great. Menus are easy to go through. I had a D500 before, which was a great phone, but not as good as this one. The D500 now feels too bulky in my hand, and the D800 is much nicer to hold.
