Have used Interparcel a lot over past few years & they are OK unless things go wrong. Customer service is very slow to deal with any problems & often seem confused when re-visiting the same problem. Wouldn't use them if parcel was very urgent… Read Full Review

Collection of item was scheduled between 8am and 6pm. Courier did not arrive until 7pm. Online tracking indicated that the parcel was still awaiting collection when it had in fact been delivered the next working day. I did not receive the text confirming next day delivery until a couple of days later. I guess you get what you pay for !… Read Full Review

“GOOD AND BAD”

Have used interparcel.com a couple of times. The first time the item was damaged beyond repair. Unhappy that it was damaged but satisfied by the way it was dealt with and the compensation we received.The second time we had arranged pickup before we knew previous item sent had been damaged so as we had paid for it we let it go ahead. “Lack of customer Service”

Several boxes went missing between collection address and delivery address. Rang to find out if they had been found, advise no contact had been received from courier. I had the same answer 3 weeks later. The customer service team do not ring you to give updates nor to advise that they have not received any news. In the end i was told to just make a claim. “Problem with delivery timing”

Only problem so far is that I used a special 24 hour before 12 next morning delivery with you (using Citylink) as my customer had to have the instrument urgently; it did not arrive at all that day and he had to go and pick it up from the depot on the next day (a Saturday) to not have it sitting in a warehouse for another 2 days. I had charged the customer for this special delivery and I had to refund him the full amount of delivery as what was promised was not delivered, so I lost money on this… Read Full Review

Lat week I tried to book a parcel collection via your site and was told, having choosen Hermes whom I had used before, that they did not collect from my post code when in fact I knew they did so I went direct to their site and booked through them and of course they collected my parcel. “Failed delivery deadline”

For some reason which was not explained by Interparcel my urgent overnight delivery parcel missed its onward connection from the UK to Germany, with the result that it couldn't be delivered until three days beyond the promised deadline, because the weekend intervened. This meant that by the time the parcel arrived at its final destination in Germany its intended recipient had already travelled back to the UK. I paid for my parcel to be collected and delivered on specified dates. The parcel was received a day late with no advice or explanation. It took the receiver to complain to me, to make aware of the situation. Apparently at around 3pm, the driver ran out of delivery time. “Disappointed in duplication of order”

As a company we use Interparcel regularly and generally find it an efficient and cost effective way of sending parcels to the UK, Germany or Ireland. However in November 2013 an order of ours was somehow duplicated, Interparcel/UPS insisted two parcels had been sent by us and delivered to the same desination, even though we had only physically sent one parcel on this particular day. Ive used your service several times sending same box each time this time the box was delivered with several holes in the sides. Works fine most of the time but if there are any problems with delivery or pick-up the customer service is not great. Interparcel also have out of date information in terms of depots and pick up times. The small parcel went missing and could not be tracked for 3 days, then I was advised that it had been incorrectly forwarded to the wrong distribution point. Booked 2 items with Interparcel, one sat. and one sun. for collection monday. Waited in all day monday but at 6.30 pm still no sign of carrier. Rang UPS depot to be told I was not down for collection, seems Interparcel were reusing some old ref. numbers. which they had been told about earlier. Placed an order to send a parcel through a local drop off shop. It turns out that the shop in question had not been sending out parcels for previous 3 weeks as they were having problems with their machine. This was not shown on website.
