Always had massive problems when renewing my talktalk mobile contract over the phone. Tried the online method today.....wonder if it will work? If it works it will be great.

It was so easy to use the website to order another contract sim ,all the info was there what i needed The plan that I've got is such good value for money at less than four pounds a month for plenty texts minutes and data for what I use. The only negative was that I wasn't aware my contract had ended a text message would've probably been a good idea to let me know as I've probably got an email that I haven't read yet .

I still find the web site confusing and difficult to find what I want. Operators not easy to talk to. The service is good once you get where you want to be.

SIM contract expired and have just taken out a new one at same reduced price. Option to keep same SIM and number very useful. I would recommend TalkTalk Mobile'

just joined nothing much to say so far, but what I have seen has been VG. webpage easy to navigate. Only problem so far that is rather annoying, will not recognise my powerline adaptor.

Talktalk service is good. I will recommend it to my friends and relatives. Sometimes,internet is slow. Product wise is good.

Have been with Talk Talk for the last 12 months on Sim Plan. Have encountered only minor operational problems but all have been rectified very quickly by help line operatives. The only item that could be added to the service is for TalkTalk to notify users when the contract is due for renewal. This would be very helpfull and also reduce administration at HEAD oFFICE.

Just ordered new phone and SIM on monthly contract to add to online billing of home phone and TV package deal. Looks a good deal for my purposes at the moment but I will update before 14 days has expired from receiving package. The order process seamed fine and I didn't request online chat. I didn't quite understand what extra checks were required before my order would be ready for dispatch. I guess it being Vodaphone, they may want checks on my credit worthiness.

The Chat Helpline is always helpful and efficient. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

I have just reached the end of a two year mobile phone package that I was quite happy with and would have extended/continued happily if it was possible. Looking at the options for new mobiles I found the reasonably priced phones to be of very poor quality on write-up reviews and therefore I was left with the higher priced deals which I did not want as budgets are fixed and not available to spend. I have opted for a SIM only deal for twelve months on a half price offer which is hopefully going to save me a little bit each month. I have been told that I can continue to use my mobile phone provided under my previous deal, which means continuity of existing phone No. and no break in service etc..

Very good network very happy with customer services always there to help when needed. Network very fast especially for download over all very happy with services ect would highly recommend to friend and family thanks .
