Deleted all my reviews stating their "software has flagged that at least one of your reviews is likely to be spam." I replied their email asking for clarification but did not receive any reply in 10 days.
A complete waste of time and a frustrating experience as all the reviews were 100% genuine and relating to my personal experience with the reviewed businesses.
