Just tried to se this company 1 week ago, called them 15 mins before we were at gatwick as agreed and then proceeded to wait 30 mins at departures and no one would pick up their mobile (this is at 4am).

We have 4 children under 3 and in the end i had to drive to teh long stay car park as I would of missed my flight. (this incurred a £108 charge!).

the company called me 50 mins later to say he was there, when i complained they told me i was in the wrong as I got there a bit too early! and disputed id been waiting 50 mins even though my mobile proved it!.

Get a cab to the airport i actually think its now easier and cheaper!

We used "Valet Park Gatwick" back in November 2010 what a huge mistake they had an accident in car whilst delivering back to me on the 08/12/2011 the driver had an accident in it causing eight and half thousand pounds worth of damage, to top it all they were not insured and had no public liability insurance. Whilst dealing with this company it is very apparent that they have diffrent trading names we have only just received the final payment for the damages but have received no refund for travel expenses or courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired.The whole time we were having to contact them they were rude and abusive and very arguementative. We visted the premises of where my car was stored you would not belive where they are trading from. Seriously think again when you are booking this type of service and I recomend you visit the premises and check insurance documents before you allow some one to take your car from you.
