My partner and I went to get a quote from the Enfield dealership. When we arrived the salesman present, did not acknowledge us at all and instead picked up his mobile and rang someone just saying "they're here" I thought this was an odd welcome but continued anyway. He conducted an inspection on our vehicle and then asked if he could drive the car. As I couldn't wait in the office I jumped in the back of the 3 door car. I was horrified by this man's driving, to start he did not wear a seatbelt and while reversing out of the dealership I had to raise my voice for him to stop as he was reversing into oncoming traffic without even slowing down. This happened twice, he then used explicatives to describe the innocent driver's behaviour. After this point he carried on with no seatbelt speeding in our car (at least 10mph over the speed limit). By the time we got back I couldn't wait to get out of the car. To my bemusement, the salesman then slammed the door in my face and then sniggered when he heard how utterly annoyed I was. This is the worst service or even general treatment I have ever received from anyone in my life! I dread to think the possible outcome to our car if he had been allowed to drive our car on his own. We also received about £1500 less for our car than was estimated online even though the car is exactly as described.

Price gained on website was fair. Member of staff phones me when I had already travelled for 40 mins to my appointment to tell me the web price was wrong and they couldn't get anywhere near it. Staff blamed the website for the mistake but clearly this is rife and the staff must be in on it to let it continue wasting everyone's time. Go to a local garage talk face to face and save yourself the hassle

I went on the website and entered my details, and it game me a price. It looked reasonable so i booked an appointment. When i turned upto the appointment i was told i wasn't booked in. So i gave the bloke my ref number and he said he had found it but it had been rejected. I asked him what he meant, and he said there computer produces a price but if they don't like it it just gets rejected however they didn't contact me to let me know. He said there was nothing he could do,no apology or anything. He then said he would take a look at the car if i really wanted him to but he would offer me no where near the amount quoted on the website and began to quote numbers upto £1000 less.

These are awesome! I was looking for a service online to help me sell my car and found Trade My Motor during my research. We Buy Any Car, were the first words i heard from these guys, that helped me check whether my luck was good enough or not.

But i sold my car at a great price.
