Sunny Beach, Europa Hotel Review

Good Points
There isn't any good points about this hotel at all.

Bad Points
I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff are so rude, they had no time for us, they never smiled or spoke. They never said please or thank you either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, in my time i have been to nine different country's and this is the worst place I've ever been. For one example we were checking in and a family of 5 were checking in as well and one bloke was in a wheel chair and they put them on the 10th floor and it got a lot worse!

If you're going to go to sunny beach give hotel Europa a miss.
