Good Points
I have visited this restaurant on many occasions with my husband, mother and friends. It is probably the best Chinese we have tasted, and the best value for money (£5.00 for lunch time buffet). There are at least 5 serving tables with the biggest variety of Chinese food I have seen, which, as well as your normal dishes, includes healthy vegetables, desserts and teppanyaki/sushi bar. It clearly states on the menu that any wasted food may be charged for, but then every other Chinese buffet I have been to says the same. This only needs to concern you if you were intending on eating there and wasting the restaurants food. The receipt is only requested on the way out, so the staff can confirm that the bill has been paid, as it can be quite busy. It is also requested so the staff are notified of a free table for any guests waiting to be seated, therefore cutting down on waiting time for a table, and so providing excellent customer service.
Bad Points
The down side is there is so much variety, and you can't eat everything in one sitting!!
General Comments
It is definitely worth a visit to Big Wok Chinese restaurant in Nottingham, especially at lunch time when it's only £5.00 per head (excluding drinks).
