We were fairly new to Magento and had a VPS service with a reputable company, sadly it turned into a nightmare with awful support etc so after two days of down time and failed promises we made the leap to DX3.

Best thing I've done, changing servers is never easy but the support is excellent. Firstly DX3 actually answer the phone! Yes there is a ticket system but if you need an urgent answer you can call. Secondly, DX3 understand Magento and even if they don't have the answer, genuinely try to resolve anything thrown at them with patience. Lastly, SPEED - we were set up within a couple of hours and can already tell the load speed of our site is far superior to our previous VPS.

All round a great experience so far, and more importantly we now have confidence in our hosting partner!

What can be said about a hosting company?

Well not much as you usually buy a plan point the site and hey no need to deal with them. DX3 and the team are not just any hosting company. The advisor and the staff there go far beyond any expectations and some. They have helped me resolve Magento bugs, set up new installs in seconds. The sites they host for us have had maybe 2hrs down time when they switched servers, which in the years we have been with them is nothing. The sites are fast and secure as you would expect.

I would say to anyone in the UK looking for a Magento hosting company to go for it you will not be disappointed at all.

Dx3webs has hosted my magento shop for almost 2 years now. I have just used DX3WEBS.COM to help me launch our new website (leatherofficechairs.co.uk) and I must say I have been very happy with the level of service I have received.

They were always there to help me with any queries and always go above and beyond the call of duty when I ask them anything.

I first approached DX3 Webs last May- I was looking to really forge ahead and grow my business but new that my previous host was not reliable, was not supportive and as a result my site would continually have error after error - that they could never sort out!

But now I wouldn't look back, and believe me... I did my research!! Magento is one of those fabulous systems that's great when it works, but can drain resources and power which inevitably makes page speed load times ridiculously high - and no longer do I have that issue!!

Following a review of my site during the last few months of 2011, I decided it needed to change, so I approached Andy and his team and I'm now working with them on a re-design of my site too.

What started out as a new 'home-page' has turned into a complete re-design and I have every confidence that Mark will be able to deliver that for me.

We were hosted on a shared cluster in the Netherlands before we moved to Dx3Webs. Our old hosting was too expensive and wasn't performant enough, so we started looking for a better hosting to suit our needs.

We came in to contact with Dx3Webs through http://www.magespeedtest.com/. Although we weren't looking for a Magento hosting (we have our own in-house build eCommerce platform). We contacted Dx3Webs to see if they could meet our needs, they suggested multiple servers, allowing us to choose the most appropriate server.

The suggested servers we're all good in price and were a choice between more performance vs more server space, since we didn't exactly knew what server too choose we followed Dx3Webs advice, which turns out to be a good choice.

The performance of our server is great. After our webshop was moved to the server, Dx3Webs did some great optimization, making the website about twice as fast as on the old hosting. A+ for the performance.

The website has gone down multiple times due to a MySQL Deadlock, this is a design flaw in our software. Dx3Webs has always responded fast in times the server went down and helped us pinpoint the issue so it could be fixed. Besides those small issues, the server has had a good uptime.

We can contact Dx3Webs in several ways. Contact form, email, skype or a ticket. Although this has its strengths, this has also the weakness that we don't know which support channel to choose in case of downtime (which channel is monitored most actively). We would like to have a more uniform/clear support channel. I do have to say that we always got the respond we needed, but when a website is down (and missing sales), a little structure is a plus.
