Excellence All Round
We have just bought a brand new Volvo V40 CrossCountry, having traded in our 12-year-old V70 and have been extremely impressed by the service we received. The salesman was excellent, explaining our options to us. When the car was delivered, he carefully went through all the features and said we could return for a follow-up as needed. We cannot fault the service we received and would recommend. We had our old car serviced here as well and were always pleased with the results.
If I could think of something we didn't like About the Clive Brook operation I would mention it but truly there was nothing!

I looked at all the luxury crossover makes/models before buying the XC60 From Clive Brook Volvo, the staff at this dealership were very competent & knowledgable but also very friendly. I took my time over choosing the car and was very though ow and the staff were just superb nothing was too much trouble, they helped when I needed it but would let look,test and find out things for myself if I preferred, they were not in a hurry and did not try to lead me like other dealers I had visited previously. This is my first Volvo (my other car being Audi) and I didn't think that I would love it as much as I did my Audi but Wow is all I can say! I thought a Volvo SUV may be boring but I was way wrong. I will be going for this Volvo or another model Volvo again next new car. I love running errands and taking long drives because it is great on fuel,It is also great value for your money. I love the Technology in this car and it is easy to use and most of the options you can choose weather to have them on or off which is great. The Interior is sumptuous and very comfy,all of the other cars I test drove were no where near as comfy for instance the BMW x1 & x3 both were very nice but the XC60 beat them hands down on seating comfort,space, drive ability. The XC60 is also very well built and solid, It has top marks for safety from all the official safety sites like what car, which, Ncap & such like. The performance of this car is superb I went for the D5 RDesign 220bhp & I was not disappointed is it great in town & on the motorway it is a fantastic cruiser we went from Yorkshire to Cornwall, it was a brilliant trip the car was fully loaded & had five people in it but you would have never known it. There is nothing I did not like about the XC60 only the fact that I had not looked at one before now. I would recommend an XC60 & I would highly recommend going to Clive Brook Volvo Bradford for a great service good deal nice people & an all round relaxed experience.

The Uplifting Clive Brook Experience
I have always found the service at Clive Brooks Canel Road impeccable. The work undertaken on my car is always of the highest standard and they always communicate during the time that it is in the workshop.
After every visit to the garage I always come away feeling uplifted from the service I receive. It is exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional, not forgetting the delicious coffee on offer.

I'd Never Do Business With Clive Brook Again!
Clive Brook Volvo Bradford have done nothing but take our money and given us the run around. The used volvo they sold us was less than acceptable and we are in an ongoing battle with them right now. In less than 30 days after purchase, the car had problems and engineers are claiming they cannot figure out what the problem is, and therefore cannot they fix it. I've been told I should not worry about whatever it is because it is not serious since the source can't be found! Completely unacceptable! I am in a dispute with them and will report back how it went, here.
I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone!! How can your specialists be unable to recognise a problem and expect me to simply accept that with out any other options given to resolve this after taking our money less than 2 months ago?
We did all our checks and thought they were good to do business with ignoring the negative we had heard. Absolutely terrible!

What Does It Take To Feel Valued As A Customer?
Sometimes, I do wonder what it takes to receive good service in this country, especially we dealing with car dealers. This is the first service for my V40 and I chose a main dealer, this one in particuar, not only as it was close to my home address but I felt I would receive a better experience than my first option of servicingstop.co.uk. Upon entry into the dealer, I was met with a hello from the receptionist, prompted by me may I add. I then had to ask where the servicing area was only to be met with a chap who's first words were, 'what's your name'. This experience was really poor, very process and no warmth or work being done to recognise this was my first service and that I was a first time customer. I had actually put onto the MyVolvo servicing website that I was interested in viewing some of the new Volvo range, as I am actually looking to upgrade my vehicle at the moment, this wasn't even mentioned. Secondly, I wasn't asked if I required a loan car for the time my service would take, it took me to ask the question, which the response was 'do you have your driving licence'? Already a number of service failures here. Then I was told I would be loaned a Ford Fiesta??? Hang on, isn't this a Volvo Dealership, an absolutely wasted opportunity to give me something upgraded from my current Volvo as a teaser of what I could have.. To top it off, I've just had to put fuel in it. I also briefly met the technician who would be servicing my car, a grumpy chap who couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge me. Let's see what happens when I pick the car up later. Don't waste your money with this dealer, there are cheaper alternatives out there that deliver a better level of service without comprimising on quality.
Please contact Clive Brook personally as we are very concerned by your experience and we need to understand what happened fully with your experience we would never wish for a customer to feel the way you do.
We will happily refund your service costs in full once we have a better understanding so this never could happen again

Volvo Xc90 Cem Repair And Electrics
Common fault on XC90's due to poor design service advisors arrogant and disrespectful also spoke to Clive Brook who provided mere lip service. Would not recommend please steer well away.
Sorry J1mbo we were not able to help you with the design issues but we are upset and concerned by your comments as we would never wish for a customer to feel the way you did.

Simply The Best
I have owned Volvos for the last 20 years and have used a number of Volvo dealerships throughout the UK as I have regularly moved around the country. Furthermore I drive in excess of 25000 miles a year and therefore I need a good dealership to, not only sell me a good Volvo, but also, one that I can trust implicitly with the services and maintenance of my car. Clive Brook Volvo is without exception the best dealership that I have used. The customer service is exceptional; nothing is too much trouble. Over the last 8 years of using Clive Brook Volvos I have never had a bad experience with any member of the staff. In short they are Simply the BEST and the reason that I now drive 110 miles to go and have my car serviced and maintained with them and why I will always go to them to purchase my cars.

Purchase Of A Pre-used Volvo V40 D3
My recent part-exchange purchase of a Volvo V40 D3 - I traded in a V60 also bought from Clive Brook - was highly satisfactory. The sales executive was friendly yet professional, extremely well-informed but not over-bearing, and unfailingly courteous. He listened carefully to what I had to say about my requirements and selected a car from Clive Brook's stock to match my budget and my motoring needs.
I am a Volvo driver of nearly 35 years experience and, since moving back to the Greater Bradord area nine years ago, I have purchased my cars there. What I most like is that I am recognised as an individual customer - something which instils confidence and trust. If a problem occurs I feel that I can raise the matter and expect it to be pursued to its source. My impression is that levels of service are taken seriously throughout the organisation and, having met the the Dealer Principal on a number of occasions, I am confident that this is a consequence of strong leadership.

I recently purchased a xc60 and normally look after my cars myself, however after a recent accident left me disabled I am struggling to do so.
I came across a couple of faults that I was unsure of and wanted your guys to take a look and I can honestly say I was very surprised at how helpful they were!
I need to know more than most when it comes down to understanding the exact technicalities regarding faults and the guys at the Bradford were a real credit to Volvo! They just couldn't of been more helpful and for the very first time I think I may have found a garage that I would trust to service my vehicle! Can't believe I'm actually saying that...but I mean every word!

I head up an energy consultancy and travel c30,000 miles a year on business alone. I live on the edge of the moors, so frost and snow are an issue. I needed a vehicle that would give me comfort and confidence on both motorways and country lanes. The XC60 was the 'best fit'solution (after test driving 4 other AWD alternatives) and after 12 Months I have had no faults/problems and still have a new car excitement every time I get into it.
Clive Brooks were superb from initial showroom introductions to recent servicing. The sales process was transparent and the overall package extremely good value for money. Unlike other dealerships I've used in the past, there seems to be a customer centric culture running throughout the whole organisation with a friendly and professional interface at all levels.
