The Sims Is Now One Of The, If Not The Biggest Sel
The Sims is now one of the, if not the biggest selling game series ever. If you are not familiar with The Sims, I will fill you in. You Play as, well anyone you want to play as, make the sim of your dream of just make someone random, and build them through their life, choose who they make friends with, and enemies, their career, their house, their car, everything is customisable and this is what you would expect from The Sims.
The Sims 3 is the first Sims game that has come to console, in a very long time, however, the game is a bit of a let down in my opinion. The Sims 3 was released on the PC back in 2009, so in a years time EA have had plenty of time to put The Sims on to console and add more features such as online features which are not included in the game, and would be a huge step forward if they were. Although I say this The Sims is still a very amusing and popular game, its so addictive editing your sims so they can live the life of your dream, that you soon lose track of time, and think where the last hour has gone. Another step back is the loading screens, On the PC Version there are no loading screens whatsoever, yet in a years time of making the game on console they didn't manage to eradicate the loading screens, maybe the console just isn't as powerful. Overall, I would say that The Sims 3 is still the same game that we all love, but the amount of time EA have had to put this on console, its quite poor how little has been changed or updated from the PC Version. 3/5

This Is The Game You'll Love To Play If You You Lo
This is the game you'll love to play if you you love to shop but can't afford to get into debt! Well it works for me.
I go shopping on the sims, (on the free stuff created by users of course) and get my imaginary people new outfits, new shoes, new bags, etc.. Works long enough to get my mind out of it.
Works as well when I want to redecorate our flat for the 12th time and my husband who has already repainted the kitchen 3 times in 6 months wants to make sure we've got the shade of green right before we start again. Then I create a new house and I decorate it the way I fancy.
So yes the Sims is fab, that is if you're not going out with mates, or not taking to them on facebook, hubby is out playing footy, nothing is on TV, you've watched all your DVDs, read all your books/emails and are really bored. BUT I LIKE IT!
