Good Points
There are no good points unfortunately with US Airways. I feel sorry for people who use their airline often.
Bad Points
Terrible customer services, no courtesy, no respect and they treat customers unequally.
General Comments
My family visited us in Chicago and delayed a few hours in Chicago before going to PHX. They missed the connection flight and had to stay in PHX. They had to pay for the hotel and round trip transportation from the hotel to airport. Other passengers, who were in the same situation as my family, got full compensation from the airline company. My family has made complaints about it and staff gave them the impression that they did a big favour for my family. They treated others totally nicely and they treated my family terribly? My family had a baby with them and they certainly didn't wish for this dreadful long night for the baby. Only thing my family wanted was respect and to be treated with dignity. Wouldn't you be upset if you or your family were treated like this? Very disappointed at US Airways because I have used them from time to time.
