Good Points
Actual flight was fine. Comparable to any other airline I've used.

Bad Points
At boarding time, agent discovered the plane was too small by one third and one third of the passengers at random were bumped from the flight. However, the airline claimed the passengers were rescheduled on a later flight and NOT bumped and refused any compensation.

General Comments
Flights are fine. The hard part is actually getting on the flight.
