Good Points
This must be one of the first 'triple triangle' Outposts & it's had a hard life but the frame is great.
Bad Points
Bars are bent, back wheel collapsed, gear change sloppy, nylon pedals replaced, but it is over 10 yrs old & has been through the grinder.
General Comments
The meat & gravy on this GT Outpost bike is the frame which is superb. All the rest can be re-newed & updated. I sold a Claude Butler (a great bike) but hung on to this just for the frame. Bottom bracket still smooth & tight as are the steering bearings.
Oh & the brakes are only so so, it needs v brakes.
