Newquay, Surfers Hotel Review

Good Points
I struggle to think of any. The only good one I can think of is that it will hopefully soon be shut down.

Bad Points
This hotel is absolutely appalling. I just do not know where to begin. First of all, our party failed a complaint. We were thrown out immediately. First of all, we entered to find our room had the overpowering stench of raw sewage, which was revealed when we opened our 'En- suite' bathroom which consisted of a damp, sewage leaking carpeted floor,and a shower repaired with sellotape, complete with a toilet cistern splattered with dubious stains. I could not believe my eyes. The floor in our room was absolutely filthy and embedded with sand, dust and I wasn't quite sure what else, but also included a used tissue. The only clothing storage provided consisted of a trolley/wire rack again fixed with sellotape. I know I expected the bare basics with the budget, but I expected it to be healthy and sanitary.

General Comments
What hotel throws you out for making a complaint?! One that is worried about what you may say about them in future inspections I'm guessing, but I'm not sure.



I cannot stress this enough, do not go there!!
