Good Points
Overall it's good. The clothing is of reasonable quality and cheap-ish to buy. There are lots of choices and sizes available. You can order items and check your account status online; you can also pay online.

Bad Points
Having to wait for items that are out of stock, and being sent substitutes that are unacceptable.
Having to go to the Post Office or call the courier to return items.
Returns can take a week or more to show on the account.
The monthly statement is always out of date.

General Comments
One thing that gets irritating is that Oxendales sister sites, such as Discount World often have identical items at a cut price, so it's possible to order an item on the main site at £19.99 (for example) then look it up on Discount World and find it's suddenly £5.00 cheaper! It is a good idea to check on all associated sites first before ordering.
