General Comments
I found Janina Opale Whitening Toothpaste on the bottom shelf of tooth products in a larger Boots store.
It comes in a cool little container and has a pump dispenser.
Unfortunately it is quite pricey. There is a Janina Opale Diamond, which is a stronger version of this toothpaste, and it is more expensive.
Janina helps prevent decay, controls plaque, and provides long lasting gum protection.
It's clinically proven non-abrasive formula helps to control bad breath while whitening teeth safely.
The toothpaste contains 0.1% Hydrogen Peroxide and fruit enzymes which help whiten teeth.
I noticed dramatic stain removal within just one week.
The instructions say that the toothpaste needs to be used for 6 weeks before the whitening effect occurs. However, I didn't notice much of a whitening effect even after 6 weeks.
This toothpaste is the only one I have found that states to brush teeth for 3 minutes and then not to rinse but to leave the toothpaste on your teeth. This is fantastic advice and should be included with all toothpastes.
Janina also have a liquid toothpaste which contains all the same ingredients as the toothpaste, except the gel, so you can just spray it into your mouth, swish and swallow (only 3 swallows allowed per day).
What a great little product! It comes in a neat little container, perfect to fit in a pocket or small bag.
