You Pay And Do Not Get Your Goods, What More To Say

I ordered waxing products in mid Nov 2011 as i thought their website looked professional. They took the money straight away from my account and that is where all the activity has stopped.

I received the confirmation of order which stated that i should receive my item within 10 days, allowing 24-48 hours for dispatch. All looked normal up to this stage.

Two weeks later i still have not received anything or heard anything from the company, so i decided to give them a call. First you get through an answer machine. By that stage i read the reviews on websites and decided that i am going to call them until i get through. I called them 3 times in a row, so they called me back. I told them that i have not received my order, neither have i got the shipping information. I also told them that I read the reviews for other customers and they do not look good. The man on the phone assured me that my order already dispatched. When i asked for shipping information he told me that they will be sending me an email latest tomorrow.

Guess what happens next. No email or phone call from them. In 3-4 days I call them again and ask again for the shipping information, he said he will call me back. And yes, two days later again nothing.

I have contacted my bank today and going to go through the procedure of claiming my money back. The company is absolutely dreadful. I don't think they have the good that they pretend to sell. They just take your money and then you don't hear from them again. Please do not make the same mistake. do not use them ever!

Goods Have Not Arrived In The Stated Time, They Do

Goods have not arrived in the stated time, they dont reply to e mails, you can only leave a message on the phone line, you can't talk to a human and you never get a call back. I would not use them again and have contacted my credit card company as I am worried that thay have taken the money as the deduction has shown up on my recent transactions but looks like Im not gonna get the goods, be warned it looks very much like a con site. I guess the company has posted positive comments on here to try and counter all the negative ones.

I Don't Know How People Can Complain Like This. I

I don't know how people can complain like this. I placed an order with this company and it got lost in the post, I called them they immediately sent me out another on a next day delivery, and gave me a free gift as way of compensation when it wasn't even their fault.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, I have had much worse shopping experiences with other beauty companies out there. Their prices are fantastic as well :)

I Ordered Shampoo, Conditioner And A Comb From Thi

I ordered Shampoo, Conditioner and a comb from this company about a month ago. All arrived 2 weeks later in a sticky, gooey package. When opened it I could see why it was in such a mess. The top of the shampoo lid had snapped off and the entire contents of the shampoo had leaked so much so, that there was none left in the bottle. You can imagine what a mess it all was.

The packaging for the comb had disintergrated and the comb was covered in shampoo.

I have emailed the company twice in 5 days to request a refund and not received a single reply. Whilst this is no where near as long to wait or as much of a financial burden as some have suffered, I am still furious at the lack of customer service.

A company shows it true clolours by how effectively they deal with complaints and these people couldn't give a damn once they have (promptly) taken your money. People giving good reviews have obviously been fortunate not to need to try and get a refund from them.

Avoid this company and use other equally as good value websites instead. I'd rather pay more to someone else now anyway than give these guys another penny.

Placed An Order On The 20th December, Received On

Placed an order on the 20th December, received on time dispite the bad weather. Called customer services who gave me a tracking number and got the parcel on Christmas Eve.

Can't believe people are writing such horrible things about them when they do exactly as promissed. I contacted them to say thanks as they were one of the very few companys that got my products to me before Christmas and they asked me to do this for them.

I Ordered Two Items From The Website, Then Came On

I ordered two items from the website, then came on here and was horrified to read the reviews. Id accepted the fact that I would probably not get my items after seeing what had been written on this website, however they both arrived within the week I ordered them and neatly packaged.

Cannot complain about the service whatsoever, and love the website as well. Value for money and speedy delivery - dont believe all the negative reviews!

THE ITEM ARRIVE IN A BOX THAT WAS BROKEN TO PEICES, HAIR CLIPS WERE BROKEN AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE - 3 WEEKS LATER AND I STILL CANNOT GET A DECENT REPLY/SOME SORT OF REFUND FOR THEM SELLING A SHODDY PRODUCT!
