General Comments
The Panasonic TX32LXD500 is a beautifully designed 26" 66cm V High Definition LCD TV. This complete with Integrated Digital Tuner, 1366x768 resolution, this High Definition Television displays a picture with a much higher resolution than a standard television set, dramatically improving the picture quality. This is achieved by an increased number of lines. It has a Viera colour management system, and an integrated freeview 800:1 contrast ratio NICAM FM stereo sound with a 20 Watts audio output. It is complemented with a SD memory card slot.
It has a Aspect ratio of 16:9, which is the standard for HDTV and most DVD video formats, better known as Widescreen.
Many years ago I envisaged that TV's would be lightweight units, and this I consider to be very very close to that. It has a display quality defined by the number of individual pixels used to create a magnificent image.
The pixel count is 1366x768; does not require excuses or apologies for anything other than spoiling you with total reality television of the 21st century. Ideal for football, cricket and good quality entertainment. Added to that, the way that it displays natural history programmes is as if you are actually in the place itself, and it is reality right before your eyes.
I can not sing its praises more.

<br/>I think that the model in question is a 32" and am therefore wondering if the reviewer knows what TV s/he is reviewing.
