General Comments
I travelled with the family on business class with US Airways, and was surprised by the low quality of service around the business class traveller. In one lounge we were denied access holding a business class ticket, but not in another lounge. The lounge we were able to access did not have free internet or any food or drinks (except water, coffee and pretzels). This was a disgrace to the Star Alliance network, and does not match Air Canada or Air New Zealand standards, who I frequently travel with.
