Slim At Home is an excellent magazine which contains a lot of inspirational and informative articles to help those trying to lose weight in an objective and unbiased manner. A very positive feature from my perspective is that the magazine is not affiliated to any paticular weight loss company so is not peppered with adverts for one particular brand. I would not hesitate to recommend it to you if you want to educate yourself about the best ways to lose weight - incorpating food, nutirition, physical activity and mental well-being. A good support mechanism which does not patronise.
