do not ever sign a contract with 3 mobile they are a terrible network, i was on a 35 pound a month contract which was unlimited text and 900 minutes but the phone they gave with the contract was a nokia e71 which at the time was 2 years old, after having this phone for around a year and a half with no chance of an upgrade for another year i rang up to complain. i said basically the contract was a rip off and the phone was cack they cut my contract don to 30 pound and said they ere sending me a brand new phone state of the art mumbo jumbo. phone arrives its a friggin nokia 5320 or something absolute rubbish worth about 50 quid and its 3 years old the model i mean. when i ring up again the call centre staff are rude and unhelpful(foreign)and i hang up before i snap. NEVER USE 3 MOBILE THEY ONLY CARE WHEN THEIR SELLING YOU A PHONE AFTER THAT THEIR RUBBISH......and the signals non existent

I have been with 3 mobile for several years. When I recently upgraded my phone, as did my wife and daughter although the phones were delayed, when we finally did get them they were good. However after 3 weeks, we all lost our signal. Thinking it was a tempoary blip, we waited a few days before contacting 3 Mobile. We were put through to their Indian call department and past from pillar to post. Half the people you couldn't understand and half of them couldn't understand you. Eventually, after cost to myself as I was using my home phone, and many hours of calls, we found out that 3 had used Orange Mobile phone masts in some areas to improve reception, as was the case where we lived. They had now stopped this service permanently so nobody in the area could use their phones. They offerd me 2 months free (WHY?) or cancel the contract, which we took up. They then kept charging us although we sent our phones back special delivery. They said we had not returned them but of course when you tell them the S/D no. then they miraculously find them. 3 months after cancellation we are still being charged by them so we cancelled our Direct Debits and made yet more calls to them. The whole process starts again.. we have not received your phones... yes you have.... oh yes, we have! Utterly deplorable. English Call centres please so you can get people you can understand! Utterly deplorable service. I am now with T - Mobile and much much happier!

Please please don't get close to 3 mobile. I will try to explain why, however words would be not enough to explain how bad their customer service is.

They persuade you to buy a phone then they are so manipulative if you want to leave them in 14 days period. I have spent at least 10 hours during 3 days to leave 3 mobile. All they do is not listening to you, only patronizing...

Important note: If you buy (It is not recommended) a phone from them and not happy with the phone do NOT touch it and tell them you have not used the phone! The question is if you cannot examine the phone how would you find out phone is ok? They always find the way to prevent you from canceling your contract.

3 mobile gave me ridicules service, i am tried to leave 3 contract as soon as posible. please do not buy any deal from 3. i got bad experience from 3 contract deal.Firstly, they give right service but when your contract goes on half year they start to give stress on your mind. because of customer services, mistake in billing, avoiding you, cancellation procedure..
