Good Points
Fantastic shots in the right conditions.
Light weight
Excellent build quality
Value for money
Powerful flash

Bad Points
Awkward size (almost SLR-sized without being an SLR)
Allergic to night/low light conditions, unless you use the flash or a tripod
Poor reaction to harsh light

General Comments
Although far from a professional photographer, I managed to work out the advanced features in a short while, and this camera rather flatters my lack of skill when it feels like it.

However in low light conditions it usually does the opposite, unfortunately, given I use it in many low-light locations such as abandoned buildings. With a tripod, and the camera's powerful flash though, it's fine.

Clumsiness means I've dropped this camera countless times, but it keeps on working and shows just one or two scratches for its relentless punishment, thanks to its polycarbonate shell!

The 10X zoom is fabulous, again as long as the camera is kept steady with a tripod or a steady hand, you can take incredible shots of objects from a distance.
