General Comments
I've lost a total of 17 pounds in just over 2 weeks on the Kellogg's Kickstart Special K Diet. Since the claim is that you can loose up to 6 pounds in those 2 weeks, I was very happy with the results. But I exercised at least 30 minutes a day and I began to quaff water like a dehydrated buffalo. I tried the low carb diets, chalky shake diets, and a number of other "our way is best" diets. This is the only thing that's worked for me in a long time. I'm going to stick with it until I can get into that pair of jeans I've strategically tacked on the wall next to the fridge. I recommend this cereal, but do combine it with exercise and water. And don't let your daily calorie intake drop too low. It'll just stall whatever metabolism you've got working for you.
