Good Points
Good value computer system for beginners to intermediate users.

Bad Points
Not the biggest, nor the best but I love it.
Gamers might need something faster, but I can play Pirates on this, no problem.

General Comments
I'm no expert but for normal use and a reliable system at £500 this must take a lot of beating.

As for Packard Bell being a problem I don't know because I have had no problem's with this machine.
