Good Points
Traverses NAT gateways with no configuration. No installation procedure on client side. No client side license issues. No third party servers to rely on. Can be moved around via Dynamic DNS. Can support many concurrent connections.
Bad Points
Can't think of any

Network Streaming Support Desk software is quite simply amazing. The client download is a mere 272kb and even the most newbie of users are able to use the client.
Many support software packages rely on a connection INBOUND to the client, requiring the client to configure his/her firewall. Network streaming connections are outbound from the client! One port mapped to my technician's machine and that was all the configuration nessesary.
Instead of relying on lavasoftUSA to be online to solve spy-ware issues, I am able to have a copy of each utility on my own machine, and use the built in file-transfer option to deploy my utilities on the client's machine.
