Good Points
Currently the best rate you can get in market at 4.6%.

Bad Points
You have to setup a DD link to your bank account no matter what.

General Comments
I recently transferred my TOISA into IF with my maximum allowance. Everyone knows once you reached your maximum, you will not be allowed to put any more extra in. Why do they keep asking me to sign up a DD for future payment? It does not make sense.

The DD is necessary because you have your I.F. Toisa linked to an external bank account. The only way if you want to access your funds is to have them paid into your linked account. Hence the requirement for a DD. Hope this helps.
