Purchased a great product from this site - a Multicast Night Splint. I now wear it every night to lessen my arch pain in the day. Great service, lovely people, fully recommend.

Not sure if this is a legimate company, can't get hold of them, e-mails get bounced, calls go unanswered. Purchase made on 24th December, but still nothing arrived.

I came across the Foothealthcare website after seeing an ad in Country Walking magazine. I purchased a pair of Prothotics off-the-shelf foot orthotics. The product that arrived was fantastic, but I wanted another pair for my partner. I visited the site to buy another pair, but in a larger size. Sadly, the size I needed was not listed, so I emailed the company.

They responded in less than 15 minutes, and told me they could get the size I required, but I would have to wait for a week because of the rare size request (size 14). I thought this was fantastic customer service, so much so that I am writing this review.
