Club Alias Apartments

Club Alias Apartments is great 5 * apartments, fully fitted kitchen although we didn't cook once! Looking forward to visiting the resort again next year. Club Alias at the Aliathon Holiday Village was everything we were expecting and it some cases more. Not really sure what building work Jackie was complaining about, we visited early June and the only work going on was a bit of painting and some work outside the reception. See what you all think. Definitely a holiday worth taking.

Club alias apartments were supposed to be 5 star, we would award 2 star. There were no egg cups, milk jug etc. No air con. in the lounge, this was fixed the day before we left.

Electric sockets were dangerous and were hanging off the wall in bathroom; The balcony was never cleaned by the maid. Single sheets were put on double beds.

We were pestered the whole time we were there to sign for the next 30 years. No safety deposit box, no washing line, no pictures on wall, we were told to expect these things as it was a new apartment, this should never have been our problem.

We had to complain the whole fortnight for basic items, no tin opener for example. Sometimes the maid would leave toilet rolls and soap, other times she would not. The customers services manager has an attitude problem, in our opinion, he was so nice to us at the start of our holiday, then he became uninterested when things started to go horribly wrong. he was very rude to us upon our departure. The contract material is very sketchy - beware... Outside our bedroom window, (I have photographic evidence) there was waste ground, diggers started work at 7am with beeping continuous, gardeners started hedge trimming at 7am, this went on all day, maids and workmen shouting at each other all day, a nice peaceful, expensive holiday it was not. Think twice before you sign up for 30 years and make sure that the promises you are offered are true. Be aware that the building of a leisure complex is on the cards, therefore noise and building will be ongoing.
