Family run, very friendly staff, could not have been more helpful. Very relaxing holiday. Close to beach also lovely pool. Had a lovely time at Akti Dimmys one of the best holidays ever had. We were very sad to leave shall definitely go back.

The rooms at Akti Dimmy's Studios were excellent, clean and comfortable, and the same goes for the pool which was cleaned daily. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. The staff were lovely, and were welcoming helpful and made our holiday the best in a long time. There was around 15 of us who stayed in Akti Dimmys in June 2008, ranging from aged very young to aged 70! And a great time was had by all. The location was great, sea over the road and a short walk to the bars and restaurants. Food was great, ate out every night and never had a bad meal. Food from the pool bar also good. Already looking into booking again.

This was our first holiday to this part of the world and we struck lucky first time. Akti Dimmy's Studios is a small family run business and this showed in the service that they provided. Just as the brochure shows the sea was just across the road and a very short distance away were a fantastic choice of resturants and bars. Our daughter had her 13th birthday whilst we were there and a member of the family drove to Kos town in her own time and ordered a birthday cake and collected it on the day. Eating out was inexpensive. I would recomend Akti Dimmy's studios to any family wishing to take a relaxing holiday in the sun.

The Akti Dimmy's Studios, Tingaki was by far the best holiday we have ever taken. We were two adults and one child aged 12, the accommodation like everywhere in Greece was basic but very clean. The staff could not do enough to make your stay the best. The food from the snack bar was excellent as were all the drinks on the premises. The cocktail lounge or bar was very comfortable. The entertainment (twice weekly, a BBQ and a fancy dress) was such good fun we laughed about it for days and good value for money. The location was the best. Straight across the road to the excellent beach, only 7 mins walk to the town which had plenty of bars and restaurants. The restaurants were offering beautiful food and the bars were offering beautiful cocktails what more could you want from a holiday after working so hard all year. This is definitely a family holiday; Tingaki is not a place for 18 - 30s or for anyone who is out to party.

Akti Dimmy's Studios is a family run hotel, it is very welcoming and situated on the beach front it is about 5-10 mins walk from the town. The architect sites are very good to visit and you can spend as long as you want here for free. The hotel has a good size swimming pool with entertainment in high season times. There are large TVs in the bar area for football lovers and they also let you on the play station or you can relax and watch a DVD. The meals in the hotel restaurant are also well worth the money.

You have the water park for the adventuras kids,
