Dorothy Drops Into Oz After Running Away From Home
Dorothy drops into Oz after running away from home. Shortly after her arrival in Oz, she finds out that her house landed on the Wicked Witch of the East. The Munchkins all love her, but now the Wicked Witch of the West is out to get her. Obviously, Dorothy isn't safe in Oz, so she journeys to see the Wizard so he can help her get home. She meets the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion on the way to Oz. This is an unforgettable classic that has inspired many jokes that are often used today. My grandmother was lucky enough to watch this in theaters, but all of you can watch it on video or DVD!
The Wizard Of Oz Is One Of The Best Classics For E
The Wizard Of Oz is one of the best classics for everyone 4-80, a good family film with dancing, singing, friendship and beautiful colors.
For those wondering if their children should like it--yes, this film gives everymember of the family something to enjoy.
Dorothy and ToTo are transfered into a new realm after the tornadeo. From there they must find their way though the living jungle. Making new friends of he Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion; together they make it to Munchkin town. She meets Glenda the Good Witch who gives her those ruby slippers. They need to get to where the Grand Wizard is so the Munchkins sing Follow the Yellow Brick Road (we all know the song). There is trouble after that with one of the bad witches who wants the ruby slippers. Flying monkeys kidnap her friends---but all ends well when she speaks to the oracle and reaizes the truth behind the veil is a small man. He will take her home. Awaking from a dream she is in her own bed with loved ones around. They explain that the tornado in her dream must have come from the fact that during the tornado she was hit in the head. It was all a dream. "And you were here and you were there" very endearing ending
"There's no place like home..There's no place like home"
